Application Review

We aim to review adoption applications within 3 working days. For urgent adoption cases, we will do our best to respond as soon as possible.

Adoption Fees

Our standard adoption fee ranges from S$350 for kittens and domestic / mixed-breed cats.

For pedigree or purebred cats, the adoption contribution may range from S$800 to S$1,200, depending on the cat’s age, health condition, veterinary care, sterilisation, vaccination, microchipping, and other care costs.

Every contribution goes directly towards the time, care, veterinary bills, food, litter, and resources needed to rescue, rehabilitate, and care for our cats and kittens. Where medical or care costs exceed the standard adoption fee, our team will be happy to share the relevant details with potential adopters.

Adoption Requirements

Age Requirement
Adopters must be at least 21 years old. Applicants below 21 years old must have a parent or legal guardian co-sign the adoption paperwork.

Cat-Safe Home
Your home must meet Meow Meow Club’s cat safety requirements. This includes having secure meshed windows, gates, balconies, and any other areas where a cat may escape or fall.

Commitment to Care
Adopters must be prepared to provide a safe, loving, and responsible home. This includes nutritious food, clean water, clean litter, scratching posts, toys, enrichment, regular veterinary care, and daily love and attention.

Before applying, please review our Adoption Process, Cat Safety Guidelines, and Adoption

Ready to Adopt!

If you are ready to adopt, please complete our adoption enquiry form. We aim to review applications within 3 working days and will contact shortlisted applicants directly. We will respond immediately for urgent adoption cases.

Once an adoption reservation is confirmed, the adoption should be completed within one week.

As all our volunteers have full-time jobs and personal commitments, we appreciate your patience and understanding throughout the adoption process.

Important Notes

Meow Meow Club reserves the right to make the final decision on all adoption applications. Submission of an enquiry form does not guarantee approval. All applicants are required to go through a screening process to ensure that each cat or kitten is placed in a suitable and safe home.

We kindly ask that all communication with our team be conducted respectfully. Our volunteers dedicate their personal time, effort, and care to rescuing and rehoming cats and kittens, and we appreciate adopters who treat the process with kindness, patience, and respect.

Foster Now

If you are keen to foster, please fill in our foster enquiry form at

Once we receive your application, our team will review your suitability based on your home environment, experience, availability, and the needs of our rescued cats and kittens. If you are suitable and we have capacity to onboard additional fosterers, we will get in touch with you.

Meow Meow Club will cover approved medical bills for the foster cat or kitten at our appointed veterinary clinics, subject to prior approval by our team.

Fosterers are expected to provide the cat’s daily care needs, including food, fresh water, a clean litter box, cat litter, and a safe indoor environment. Where required, fosterers may also provide probiotics, supplements, and enrichment items such as toys, scratchers, cat trees, and resting areas.

Fosterers are also expected to follow our adoption and cat safety guidelines, including keeping the cat strictly indoors, ensuring windows and doors are secure, and providing a calm and safe space for the cat to settle.

The fostering period may vary depending on the cat’s age, health, temperament, and adoption readiness. Some cats may require care for only a few weeks, while others may need several months or longer before they find a suitable forever home.

As our team invests time in onboarding, guiding, and supporting each fosterer, we ask new fosterers to be prepared for a meaningful commitment. Ideally, fosterers should be open to helping with more than one case, subject to their availability and home situation.

Our team will guide you in matching with cats or kittens that best suit your home, lifestyle, and level of experience.
